eConnect, our online program registration. This convenient service adds to the 3 current ways available to register for City programs: Fort Links Touch Tone Registration, 780.998.6181, Phone-In Registration and Walk-In.
Use eConnect to:
- View and register for Recreation, Culture and Aquatics programs
- View City facilities and learn what they have to offer
- View account information and make payments
What do I need to register online?
- Family ID number
- Client ID number
- Visa or MasterCard
I don't know my Family ID number or Client ID number for online registration, how can I get this information?
If your email address is in our database, you can click on eConnect and select My Account. Simply click the Forgot my Family ID/Client ID and an email will be sent to you with this information.
If your email address is not in our database, or if your email address is invalid, you will receive a message stating we were unable to email the information to you and you will be required to contact our Customer Service Desk at the Dow Centennial Centre (992.6400), Harbour Pool (992.6162) or City Hall (992-6280) during regular business hours for assistance.
